Here on the delightful beach of "Sipiada", close to the popular town of Limni on the island of Evia, you will find a wonderful selection of rooms and apartments to accommodate you during your Greek holidays. We are perfectly located to offer you the ideal base from which to explore and visit some of the beautiful regions around this charming part of the island.
	All of our rooms and apartments have been nicely decorated, offering you a very relaxing and cosy setting for your travels and holidays here in Evia. We are confident that you will find our rooms and apartments very comfortable, and that our friendly staff will ensure your time spent with us will be most enjoyable and relaxing. There are wonderful balconies with each room and apartment, where you can take a seat and enjoy the peaceful and tranquil views out towards the blue waters of the Aegean Sea. All rooms have air condition ( hot and cold ), television, equipped kitchen area and telephone.
Our apartments and rooms are located in a very quiet and relaxing part of Limni, and our luscious green garden area adds a touch of beauty and tranquil to the environment. With the lovely beach situated directly opposite us, you can enjoy the magical elements of sea and sun to their fullest. The beach here is also famous because of the dolphins that frequently swim around the waters very close to the shore.

The region of Limni is perfect for both relaxing and adventurous holidays. For those who enjoy a variety of activities, we have some interesting activities that we organise here at our the complex, such as wind surfing, canoe and also horse rides.

In and around Limni, there are many interesting places that are worth visiting, such as the "Galalaki" monastery, that was built in the old Poseidon church, and the small church of "Panagitsa", that houses some impressive works of religious art.

With our own minibus, we are more than happy to offer transportation to and from the main town of Limni for our guests. Twice a year, Enduro and Scramble races are organised at the local race track, and our guests are more than welcome to attend these races should they be interested.
